Applied Power and Controls, Inc.’s role in the project was to provide “Technical Assistance” during the Construction Phase for the replacement of two (2) 2500KVA Unit Substations located on the mezzanine level of the Detroit Department of Transportation (DDOT) Central Maintenance Facility. The Project also involved installation of new redundant feed to the Fire Pump located in the service building. The Project also included complete replacement of the 15KV Primary Cables between the primary switchgear and the service building. Our role also included started of a new Automatic Transfer Switch and owner training.
