Power Systems Study for Warren WWTP

Electrical engineering firm responsible for performing Power Systems Studies for the Warren Wastewater Treatment Plant working in cooperation with Rotor Electric. The studies comprised of a short-circuit analysis, protective device coordination and Arc-Flash analysis. The power system at the plant is a classic loop system, with partial emergency generator backup. Serivice to the plant is provided by (2) two DTE 4800 V lines. Our analysis commenced at the icoming utility lines and proceeded downstream to the low voltage panels. As a result we performed analysis for (8) eight separate scenarios based on system configurations. Additional duties and responsibilities including data collection assistance as well as furnishing over four hundred (400) arc-flash labels for electrical equipment. Our second update to the power studies was performed during the Wastewater Treatment Plant Disinfection Imp[rovements Project SRF No. 5401-01 (Alpha Electric).
